Well, nobody expects much from Motherwell as we are the underdogs of the league. However, I believe the best way of winning football is good counter attacking football. I will rely on my defence to put up a shift. I am to slowly build this club and this season I'm looking to bring them to mid table.

honestly, the board didn't gamble on a fresh face, they invested in the future. people will question the appointment today. by the end of the season, they'll question why they ever doubted it. we're not here to participate. we're here to take over this league.
